The Emperor of the Moon
The Court of Shadows
It is whispered that underneath the bustling city of Londinium, another city exists. It is a city of dark wonders, whose splendor is equal to those on the surface. Others say these rumors glorify what is nothing more than a group of petty thieves scurrying in the sewers like rats. Many believe that this is nothing more than a fairy tale – thieves and cutthroats act independently, with no organization, and while criminal activity is inevitable, the perpetrators will eventually be captured.
This is an example of an organization that a PC may be involved with. If so, that PC will have additional information about the organization that isn’t available to other PCs. The PC will also have contacts (NPCs) in the organization. A rogue, for example, may have access to a fence that will give them better rates on selling stolen merchandise. A wizard may have access to specialists who have access to certain knowledge not readily available to the PC.
